German Chancellor Olaf Scholz received European Union and Balkan countries leaders arrived in Berlin on Thursday, ahead of the Western Balkans Summit.
Scholz could be seen welcoming the arrivals before the leaders gathered and posed for photos.
According to German government officials, Western Balkans leaders will sign three agreements on mutual recognition of identity cards, university degrees and professional qualifications during the summit.
