Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Azerbaijani counterpart Ilham Aliyev hold bilateral talks in Samarkand on Friday, September 16, following the 22nd Summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Heads of State Council.
Regional and global issues, including the implementation of tripartite agreements on Nagorno-Karabakh, as well as bilateral relations and prospects for further developments are expected to be on the agenda.
